Facial Treatments

SilkPeel Dermalinfusion is the only treatment that combines exfoliation, extraction, and infusion of serums, into one treatment in order to improve skin health, function, and appearance.

This 45 min facial uses a diamond tip along with an alpha-beta hydroxy acid blend to gently remove dead skin, followed by a nourishing serum facial massage. Finally, we finish off the treatment with a rehydrating cool sheet mask. This facial is SUMMER SAFE and will reveal soft, clear and brighter skin.

Pros:  Very gentle, great for congested skin, can be done after dermaplane for a deeper exfoliation.

Cons:  none, however, some may find the treatment too gentle

Procell Microchanneling is a procedure that creates thousands of tiny holes, aka micro-channels, into your skin to generate collagen production. These tiny channels create better product absorption. I apply the ProCell stem cell serum which is an innovative technology that helps promote the growth of collagen and elastin (and so much more). 

Understanding the benefits of this treatment are best done in a consultation.

Pros:  No/low downtime & discomfort, great for all skin types, including rosacea and acne, can be done in less than an hour, improves: fine lines, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, redness, acne, longterm/permanent results. Prepaid packages can significantly discount the treatment cost: package of 4 - $800

Cons:  You will need no less than 4 treatments.

Dermaplane is an exfoliating treatment that uses a sterile blade that glides across the skin, to gently remove dead skin build-up, and vellus hair (peach fuzz).

Pros:  Immediate glow, softer/smoother skin, brighter looking skin, gentle, no downtime, results last 3-4 weeks.

Cons:  Can irritate skin for those with thicker facial hair, can have some purging of the skin when hair grows back.

Facial Infusion generates a 30-day collagen production increase and is a wonderful option used to boost/speed the results of the Osmosis protocols. Facial Infusion enhances results for acne, aging, rosacea, and hyperpigmentation. 

This high potency vitamin A (Rentinaldahyde) ingredient penetrates several high-dose active ingredients and nutrients deep into the dermis through liposomal delivery. I customize this facial by adding specialized powder blends and actives for increased correction.

Pros:  No burning, or peeling, I can add active powder boosters.

Cons:  For some specific concerns, you will need several treatments. It's recommended to continue with the Osmosis homecare.

I use these products during our Signature Custom Facial. In my opinion, Sanitas is a great, middle of the road line. You can be assured even the most sensitive, reactive skins can tolerate these products. All clients walk out of the room with a beautiful healthy glow. 

ESTHE JELLY MASK + LED

This soothing treatment is an "add-on". I typically perform a custom facial that may be more relaxing or deep cleansing, and complete the facial with the specialized mask and LED light.

Jelly masks are made mainly with refined alginate. They contain much more alginate than regular "moulding" masks. That's why the texture is like jelly, which provides extra hydration and instant soothing effects all at once. Also they create completely a silky soft, vacuum-like seal over the skin: the occlusive properties really push and lock in serums or creams put on prior to mask application.

LED Light acts on cells in the skin known as fibroblasts, which play a role in production of collagen, a protein that makes up a large part of connective tissue and helps the skin to recover when it's harmed. Different colors "do" different things: 

Blue light=superficial, kills bacteria, Yellow light=mid level depth, reduces redness, Red light=deeper, wound healing/collagen production.

Pros:  No downtime or discomfort, can be done on all skin types, during any treatment.

Cons:   Results are not dramatic, Red light takes several treatments to see long term results.
